At Fast Company, author Adam Smiley Poswolsky looks to the stories of several successful millennials who broke the status quo to find meaningful work. Through the stories Poswolsky unveils the ways to find meaningful work, and three reasons why we tend to seek it out:

1: PRACTICE INTENTIONAL EXPERIMENTATION
Seek opportunities that excite you and inspire you to wake up in the morning. Build a purposeful career by experimenting with opportunities you actually care about.

3: USE SKILLS AS LEVERAGE
Skills often get people hired.
