Maximize Your Potential, the Latest Book from 99U, Is Now On Sale!

Today, we couldn’t be more excited to announce that the second 99U book, Maximize Your Potential, is now on sale!

In Volume 1, Manage Your Day-to-Day, we looked at the mechanics of time management and how to produce great work every single day.

For Volume 2, Maximize Your Potential, we zoom out from daily workflow to look at the big picture, asking the question: How do you deepen your skill set and build an incredible career over time?

To find the answer, we rallied 21 of the best and the brightest to share their insights on how to identify new career opportunities, build mastery over time, cultivate great working relationships, and embrace new risks and experiments.

Just a quick sampling of contributions to the book includes:

  • Joshua Foer on: Learning to live outside your comfort zone
  • Ben Casnocha on: Rediscovering your entrepreneurial instinct
  • Heidi Grant Halvorson on: Adopting a “growth mindset”
  • Tony Schwartz on: Developing mastery through deliberate practice
  • Scott H. Young on: Reprogramming your daily habits
  • Michael Bungay Stanier on: Building resilient relationships
  • Jonathan Fields on: Leaning into uncertainty

As with all books in the series, Maximize Your Potential has been lovingly (and meticulously) designed by the Behance team. We currently have a deluxe paperback version and a Kindle version available.

This looks absolutely great. I’ve been hearing a lot of great things about this book ever since Scott announced it some weeks (or was it months?) ago. Just ordered my copy and can’t wait to dive-in tonight for some solid inspiration/motivation/wisdom.

    Thanks to all involved.

Loved Manage Your Day-to-Day, and was kinda bummed that I only bought the kindle version, so I grabbed the print copy of this, and glad I did! Great reference, so I can definitely see wanted to pick it up now and then for inspiration. Great job!

I can’t wait to read this book, “making ideas happen” really changed the way i work and i just started “manage your day to day”. These books have helped my process a great deal. Much thanks to the Behance team on these amazing books!

This book was just as good as “manage your day to day”. I feel like these books really put the power back in your hands to take the initiative on your career and goals. I can’t wait for what’s next!

I wish this was available in a DRM-free epub format.

I got the book and so far, it is great! My favorite so far is “Cultivating your craft before your Passion”. This is something that was revolutionary for me and is something I am now actively working on. :)
